New West will not hook-up, move, or repair any customer equipment, except that which has been agreed upon between New West and customer.

Do you charge additional delivery fees?

There will be a $9.99 fee for guaranteed next day deliveries. There will be a $19.99 fee for same day deliveries. No fees for standard deliveries.

Cylinder(s) will be left outside the customer’s home at a safe location, designated by customer when placing order (NO INSIDE STORAGE).

Same-day customers must order no later than 11am on the day the cylinder(s) is needed

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

No, you don’t need to be home. Place your tank at the spot you designated, and it will be exchanged on your scheduled day.

Use our 2 tank propane offer, to ensure you always have propane when you need it.

What if my tank is old or dented?

Accepted Answer

If your tank is out of date, determined to be in poor condition or damaged to the point of needing repair, we will not be able to complete the exchange process. 

You have the option to purchase another tank or your money will be refunded.
